For as little as £1 a week you can enable Kira Farm Development Centre to train up to 40 young people annually. If 800 people gave just £1 a week (plus giftaid), Kira would be fully funded year after year.

In this short film Kira Farm graduate, Jessica, reveals how she lifted himself out of poverty thanks to receiving training in new skills.

Every penny you give will go directly into training young people to become self-sufficient through vocational skills.

Please consider giving a small amount each month to help eradicate poverty.

WHO: Each student has been handpicked from some of the most disadvantaged regions of Uganda, which have experienced many years of AIDS, rebel activity and extreme poverty.

HOW: Through training in vocational skills, conservation farming and holistic life-skills, the students are equipped and empowered to have a bright and secure future.

WHY: On graduation, students have the ability to support themselves and pass on what they have learnt to at least 50 members of their community, creating sustainable change in rural Uganda.

Watch this short film to see how Kira graduates, William, Samuel and Eveline, explain how a year at the Farm changed their lives.
